What you'll do
- Own the team roadmap and delivery for add-on lifecycle, releases, and managed ACK/kro capabilities; hire, develop, and retain engineers.
- Improve release safety and operational excellence across a multi-region, multi-partition service, including security scanning and patching.
- Partner with AWS service teams, product managers, adjacent EKS teams, and upstream communities on designs, launches, and escalations.
