Software Development Manager, Frontier Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC)

What you'll do

• Hire, develop, and lead software and systems engineering teams; set strategy, roadmaps, staffing, and delivery priorities.
• Own service delivery and operational performance, including architecture decisions, troubleshooting, security remediation, and service-parity work.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, operations, customers, and senior leaders.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience; 5+ years of Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupational experience.
• 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi tier web services, plus 1+ years developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using service-oriented architecture.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above; selected candidate must maintain an active TS/SCI clearance and obtain a polygraph or commensurate agency clearance after starting.

Nice to have

• Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements and explain product features, designs, and strategy.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing software engineering teams.

Pay

184,900.00 - 250,200.00 USD annually (base salary)
