Software Development Manager III, Workforce Solutions - Employee Onboarding Experience

What you'll do

• Recruit, coach, motivate, and manage a diverse team of Software Development Engineers.
• Set team vision and technical roadmaps; deliver product roadmap items and cross-team projects.
• Guide architecture and service evolution, and lead troubleshooting and technical post-mortems.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience; 7+ years of engineering experience; 8+ years leading definition and development of multi tier web services.
• 1+ years providing technical leadership and project management across the software development lifecycle.
• 1+ years developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed systems using Java, C#, or C++, service-oriented architecture, and distributed programming.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development practices; experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Nice to have

• Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership about requirements, features, designs, and strategy.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing Software Engineers.
