Software Development Manager, NAT Gateway

What you'll do

• Manage team performance, career development, and growth through coaching and feedback.
• Build technical roadmaps and balance feature delivery with operational excellence and long-term architecture.
• Drive engineering practices and collaborate across networking, security, and infrastructure teams.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience; 7+ years of engineering experience; 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi tier web services.
• 1+ years of technical leadership and project management across the software development lifecycle.
• 1+ years developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++, service-oriented architecture, and distributed programming.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle practices; experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Nice to have

• Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership about requirements, product features, designs, and strategy.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing Software Engineers.

Pay

USD 184,900.00 - 250,200.00 annually (base salary)
