Leads the Reversal Promotions team responsible for promotion calculations and the reliability, roadmap, and delivery of its Tier-1 services.
What you'll do
- Hire, develop, and manage a software engineering team, including performance and delivery.
- Own the service roadmap and operational health; improve benefit-accuracy testing and reduce incidents and on-call load.
- Coordinate with TPMs, Product, and partner teams to sequence dependencies and deliver cross-team goals.
