What you'll do
- Set the team’s technical direction and roadmap, and lead development of scalable, resilient model-customization infrastructure.
- Hire, mentor, and grow software engineers; manage career development and team performance.
- Own production service operations, customer communication, project delivery, and engineering practices across the software development life cycle.
