Solutions Architecture Manager, CrossIndustry Greenfield

What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, train, and coach Solutions Architects, building their technical, sales, presentation, and customer-training skills.
• Partner with sales and customers on AWS adoption, architecture discussions, application migrations, and AI and cloud solutions.
• Develop customer-facing guidance and best practices, and build relationships with customer decision-makers.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of enterprise IT application work, including at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience architecting or operating solutions built on a cloud service provider.
• 8+ years of experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps for cloud transformation.
• Bachelor's degree and experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.

Pay

169,000.00 - 228,600.00 USD annually (base salary); 185,800.00 - 251,400.00 USD annually (base salary)
