What you'll do
- Manage and continuously improve SOX policies, procedures, risk assessments, testing, and remediation.
- Partner with engineering, business, and accounting teams to design and implement controls for systems and enterprise transformations.
- Support quarterly 302 sub-certifications and reporting, and manage external auditor inquiries and findings.
