What you'll do
- Manage 3PL/3PA performance, provider relationships, SLAs, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and optimize warehouse and staging space, material flow, and inventory accuracy.
- Lead provider expansion, system integrations, reporting dashboards, and operational analysis for make/buy decisions.
