Sr. AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect, AGS-WWSO NAMER Specialist Solutions Architects

What you'll do

• Understand customer needs and design solutions using AWS cloud and AI/ML services, including RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and production inference pipelines.
• Partner with sales, solution architects, and service teams to accelerate customer adoption; share expertise through technical content, workshops, and presentations.
• Relay customer feedback and feature requests to AWS service teams and support an internal community of GenAI experts.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
• Hands-on experience building foundation-model applications, including RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, model evaluation, or fine-tuning; hands-on experience building multi-agent architectures and deploying AI agents.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience; experience with end-user or developer communities, cloud architecture, AI products at scale, or coding agents.
• Hands-on experience with agent platforms such as Bedrock AgentCore or equivalent; strong mathematics and statistics background.

Pay

176,600.00 - 239,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
