Sr. Applied Scientist, PXT Central Science

What you'll do

• Design and deploy large-scale machine learning systems and solutions using deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
• Create personalized manager onboarding and development experiences, including tailored learning pathways and effectiveness measurement.
• Build causal inference models and experimental frameworks, collaborate on technical roadmaps, and communicate results to varied audiences.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MxLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy, or large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience building LLMs or generative AI applications on AWS, or with personalization, recommendation systems, or adaptive learning systems.

Pay

192,200.00 - 260,000.00 USD annually (base salary); 167,100.00 - 226,100.00 USD annually (base salary)
