Sr. Cloud Technical Account Manager, ES - NAMER - US-SUP

What you'll do

• Coordinate with engineers and service teams to resolve customer issues rather than troubleshooting directly in customer environments.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Advise customers and senior leaders on solutions, incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.
