Sr Construction Manager, Amazon Data Services, Inc.

What you'll do

• Set technical strategies and resolve complex construction and infrastructure issues across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop repeatable solutions, policies, vendor agreements, and best practices to support scalable capacity delivery.
• Serve as a technical escalation point, mentor others, and provide on-site expertise for critical projects.

What they ask for

• Experience in construction management or construction program management for large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plants.
• 6+ years of work in data centers, emphasizing building and equipment operation.
• Experience as a general contractor and in vendor management for construction and project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science +7 years of related construction management experience OR 11+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and implementing environmental compliance programs for regulated waste, water, and air regulations.
• Experience in project control (cost or schedule, or both) and formulating construction programmes for infrastructure and mission critical projects.

Pay

139,300.00 - 208,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
