Manages construction delivery of AWS data centers and capital projects from planning and contractor selection through commissioning and handoff to operations.
What you'll do
- Own project scope, quality, schedule, and budget; oversee construction activities and contractors across multiple sites.
- Create scopes and RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate with general contractors, and manage project controls and construction documentation.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, facility operations, progress reporting, and constructability reviews.

- Experience in data center, mission-critical, or equivalent industrial/manufacturing facility construction, including design, commissioning, and construction.
- Experience constructing electrical systems, including large-scale power distribution/generation equipment, and mechanical systems including cooling.

- Experience with project cost or schedule controls and construction-program development for infrastructure or mission-critical projects, on-site and in preconstruction.

Pay
125,400.00 - 187,300.00 USD annually (base salary)
