Sr. Construction Manager, Data Center Construction

What you'll do

• Oversee construction scope, quality, schedule, budget, contractors, and vendors across project sites.
• Manage bidding, proposals, negotiations, project documentation, change orders, and construction progress reporting.
• Support commissioning, integrated systems testing, facility operations, and constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs.

What they ask for

• Experience constructing large-scale electrical power distribution or generation systems and mechanical cooling systems.
• Construction management or program management experience on large, complex MEP projects.
• Experience delivering data centers, mission-critical facilities, or equivalent industrial/manufacturing builds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent engineering science plus 7 years of related construction management experience; or 11+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Also requires 6 years of general contractor and vendor management experience.

Nice to have

• Project controls or construction-program experience, particularly for infrastructure and mission-critical projects.
• Environmental due diligence, permitting, and compliance experience, including CWA 404 and NPDES permitting.

Pay

139,300.00 - 208,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
