Sr. Construction Manager, GES NA, Design and Construction

What you'll do

• Manage project strategy, design oversight, construction delivery, budgets, schedules, risk, and performance across assigned projects.
• Lead safety and regulatory compliance, partner selection and negotiations, and coordination among contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Improve regional processes and best practices; present decisions to senior leaders and mentor construction managers.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or in a related construction discipline.
• 7+ years of project management experience from design through construction completion and operational handover; 7+ years negotiating construction, procurement, and/or labor contracts.
• 7+ years of proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM), and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar); valid driver's license.

Nice to have

• PMP, CMIT/CMAA, or equivalent certification; experience managing large-scale construction projects ($100M+) end-to-end with full budget and design ownership.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, managing external partners, developing construction processes, or mentoring junior professionals.

Pay
