Leads end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects for Amazon’s North American logistics network as the senior owner’s representative, overseeing safety, design, partners, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder alignment.
What you'll do
- Oversee project delivery, design reviews, safety and compliance, and external partner performance from planning through operational handover.
- Own budgets, procurement, partner selection, contract negotiations, and schedule and cost changes; monitor project KPIs and resolve escalations.
- Improve construction processes and mentor construction managers; communicate project decisions and trade-offs to senior leaders.
