Sr Data Scientist, SPX AI Lab, SPX Science

What you'll do

• Set the science vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Seller Assistant capability area; define and ship agentic experiences.
• Create automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation frameworks for agent quality, accuracy, and business impact.
• Analyze seller data, develop PRFAQs, and coordinate with science, engineering, UX, and business teams to launch features.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience with data querying languages, scripting languages, or statistical/mathematical software.
• 4+ years of data scientist experience.
• Experience with statistical models, such as multinomial logistic regression.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience working with Agentic AI systems.

Nice to have

• Leadership and mentoring experience on a data science team; experience managing data pipelines.
• 2+ years of data visualization experience using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny, or similar; experience applying generative AI tools or integrating AI into products.

Pay

159,200.00 - 215,300.00 USD annually (base salary)
