What you'll do
- Measure and improve manufacturing capacity, quality, performance, and delivery; lead deep dives and corrective actions to resolve constraints.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and manufacturing partners to balance priorities and mitigate operational and supply-chain risks.
- Drive alignment and standards across teams, communicate escalations and decisions, and travel to the Electronics Supply Base up to 40% of the time.
