What you'll do
- Define and execute reliability programs, including vendor quality audits, to reduce downtime and improve repair standards.
- Analyze asset failures and complex data, lead root-cause investigations, and drive corrective actions across EV assets, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage programs end to end by setting plans, metrics, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
