Leads customer-embedded engineering teams to design, build, deploy, and operate enterprise-scale AI systems and reusable engineering solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead technical strategy and delivery for complex customer AI programs, including architecture across services and workstreams.
- Build and operate production AI systems; define operational standards, evaluation frameworks, testing, observability, and incident response.
- Mentor engineers, establish reusable engineering patterns, and accelerate customer AI adoption through reusable accelerators.
