Sr Forward Deployed Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead technical strategy and delivery for complex customer AI programs, including architecture across services and organizational boundaries.
• Define operational standards, evaluations, testing, observability, and incident response to maintain production AI systems.
• Mentor engineers, develop reusable patterns and platforms, and identify opportunities to expand customer AI adoption.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development and 5+ years programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years leading design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader, and communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading agentic and spec-driven development at production scale, plus experience with AI tools including eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; experience building or deploying AI/ML applications at enterprise production scale.
• Experience with AWS services, React, TypeScript, Python, and/or Go; customer-facing technical projects; or 3+ years in an Agile, startup, or rapidly scaling environment.

Pay
