Sr. HR Business Partner

What you'll do

• Lead and develop HR professionals, building strategic capability and proactive risk management.
• Partner with business leaders on talent strategies, culture transformation, organizational health, and employee experience.
• Use analytics, AI tools, and HR technology to inform decisions and improve service delivery while preserving human judgment.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 5+ years of human resources experience or a mix of equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions.
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree or MBA.
• Experience supporting large employee populations in operational environments such as manufacturing, retail, or distribution.

Pay

130,000.00 - 175,900.00 USD annually (base salary)
