Sr Integration Experience Mgr, Corporate Development Integration

What you'll do

• Design and execute change enablement and integration strategies across the acquisition lifecycle, from due diligence through approximately 90–100 days after close.
• Lead employee and executive communications, onboarding, training, cultural integration, and stakeholder engagement for concurrent global transactions.
• Measure employee engagement, analyze feedback, and recommend actions to leadership.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience and 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 8+ years in change management, internal communications, employee engagement, organizational development, learning & enablement, or M&A integration, including large-scale communication or onboarding programs.
• Experience advising and influencing executive leadership, applying change management methodologies, and managing cross-functional programs with concurrent workstreams; strong executive writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in M&A integration, organizational transformation, or large-scale business change; employee engagement measurement, survey design, and data-driven action planning.
• Experience managing programs across multiple geographies and cultures; relevant change management, program management, or strategic communications certification.

Pay

USD 147,800.00 - 199,900.00 annually (base salary); USD 134,300.00 - 181,700.00 annually (base salary); USD 147,800.00 - 199,900.00 annually (base salary); USD 134,300.00 - 181,700.00 annually (base salary)
