What you'll do
- Set technical direction and own outcomes for PCIe validation and signal integrity, CPU and memory engineering, server performance, and test automation.
- Drive lifecycle-wide issue investigation, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and systemic improvements, including for production fleet issues.
- Develop managers and teams, build validation-to-fleet processes and tooling, and communicate technical findings and risks to senior leadership.
