What you'll do
- Manage a team of 3–5 architects, engineers, and BIM managers; define and maintain design standards and basis of design across disciplines.
- Oversee equipment specifications, commissioning standards, consultant relationships, and technical goals for cost reduction, continuous improvement, and sustainability.
- Review construction documents, conduct site inspections and facility audits, and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
