What you'll do
- Build and develop the design and research organization, including hiring, team structure, performance, and career growth.
- Set portfolio-wide experience strategy and standards for agentic AI interactions across Recruiter Hub, Hiring Hub, and Candidate Hub.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape product and business direction, uphold design quality, and ensure research-informed delivery.
