Supports major video customers in designing, operating, and improving reliable, secure, and high-performing AWS media delivery workflows, including live events.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary technical contact for high-value media workflows, advising customers and collaborating with AWS service and product teams.
- Monitor media delivery performance and troubleshoot, mitigate, and resolve complex video delivery issues, including production-impacting incidents.
- Create training materials, runbooks, and operational plans for customer teams.
