- Develop and sustain automated and manual assembly processes, production lines, and process controls for solar array hardware.
- Lead root-cause investigations, process qualification, yield and throughput improvement, and equipment design and qualification.
- Coordinate with design, quality, production, and supply chain teams to meet delivery targets and optimize cost and takt time.
