What you'll do
- Own Portland site operations, culture, recruiting strategy, and organizational health.
- Hire, develop, and lead engineering managers; set technical direction and oversee teams’ output across hardware disciplines.
- Coordinate site facilities and lab setup and represent Portland in planning with other AWS engineering locations.
