What you'll do
- Leads Operations and Area Managers, setting expectations, measuring performance, and coaching the team.
- Oversees safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for Inbound or Outbound operations; drives process and Lean improvement initiatives.
- Coordinates with support teams to secure resources and shares best practices across departments, shifts, and the network.
