What you'll do
- Oversee operational performance and lead Operations and Area Managers, setting expectations and holding them accountable.
- Develop and implement Lean, quality, and process improvement initiatives; share best practices across departments and shifts.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other leaders to secure resources and support initiatives.
