About the job
Leads factory readiness, product launches, and sustained manufacturing operations for assigned device programs at Amazon’s DFW11 facility, coordinating internal teams and contract manufacturers across the program lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Own factory readiness, schedules, costs, risk escalation, and execution from project kickoff through production launch and sustained operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to meet production, quality, cost, and schedule targets; manage program metrics and reviews.
- Manage Engineering Change Orders and drive operational improvements using Lean and 6σ practices.
