Leads manufacturing engineering for satellite PCBAs, ensuring designs are manufacturable and driving qualification, production readiness, yield, quality, reliability, throughput, and cost improvements.
What you'll do
- Provide PCB/PCBA DFM and DFA feedback and lead manufacturing qualification and production-readiness reviews with contract manufacturers.
- Resolve pre-production and manufacturing defects through root-cause analysis and cross-functional process improvements.
- Develop and qualify manufacturing processes, including polymerics, and monitor PCBA progress from design through production ramp.
