Leads end-to-end capacity planning and throughput strategy for Selling Partner Communities, aligning staffing, forecasts, budgets, and operational plans across teams and geographies.
What you'll do
- Own capacity planning, including weekly and quarterly headcount plans and global site operational plans.
- Model throughput scenarios, maintain gearing ratios, and monitor capacity utilization and SLA adherence.
- Lead capacity reviews and continuous improvement, partnering with stakeholders, Finance, and Program teams.
