Owns and improves damage standards for returned products, translating customer and field research into accurate resale assessments and driving performance across the returns network.
What you'll do
- Refine damage standards and assessment frameworks using customer feedback, field research, and calibration audit findings.
- Partner with product, operations, engineering, and research teams to implement standards and improve grading accuracy and customer experience.
- Track performance metrics, analyze concession and accuracy drivers, and communicate results and risks to senior leaders.
