Builds and scales internal launch-readiness mechanisms for Amazon Freight Partner products, processes, and services, coordinating teams to deliver launches on time and improve partner and driver experience.
What you'll do
- Design and document a scalable launch process; drive complex launches against results and metrics.
- Coordinate with initiative owners to meet launch requirements, remove roadblocks, and identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and track launch metrics, including escalation data, and conduct retrospectives to improve the process.
