Sr Pre-Construction Manager, GES NA, Design and Construction

What you'll do

• Manage project scope, design, budgets, schedules, permitting, procurement, and external project teams across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders and authorities, resolve risks and escalations, and present project decisions and trade-offs to senior leaders.
• Improve preconstruction practices and mentor, recruit, and develop preconstruction managers.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, or architecture/design experience; 7+ years in a listed construction or development role or related discipline.
• 7+ years managing projects from design through implementation and operation, including negotiating construction, procurement, and labor contracts.
• Experience with packaging, processing, or logistical facilities with complex equipment, or comparable experience; valid driver's license.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
• Experience with industrial automation or robotics in multidisciplinary design; BIM knowledge; or CMIT/CMAA or PMP certification or equivalent.

Pay
