Sr. Process Engineer, One MHS , Amazon Manufacturing Services

What you'll do

• Lead throughput, bottleneck, cycle-time, and setup optimization initiatives using production data and simulation.
• Design and optimize automated processes, including robotics, multi-robot coordination, vision systems, sensors, and data collection.
• Validate digital twin predictions, build predictive models, and train AI agents in simulation for manufacturing deployment.

What they ask for

• Experience developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with interdisciplinary product design, technical project management, or implementing a cloud-based technology solution.

Pay

USD 137,300.00 - 185,700.00 annually (base salary)
