Designs AWS Billing experiences that help customers understand and control cloud spending, including defining how AI agents act transparently and safely on customers’ behalf.
What you'll do
- Define agent behavior, human approval, trust, and undo patterns for actions affecting customer spending.
- Lead end-to-end design across conversational, agent-driven, and console interfaces, using data to improve launched work.
- Partner with product, engineering, data science, legal, and policy; establish design standards and mentor designers.
