Leads product strategy and technical delivery for expanding Amazon Leo’s eCommerce capabilities into new countries, including readiness, compliance, and launch execution.

- Own the country-expansion product strategy and roadmap, including launch readiness metrics and criteria.
- Translate regulatory, technical, and customer journey needs into product specifications and align cross-functional teams on launch milestones.
- Conduct customer discovery, communicate progress and risks to leadership, and improve the expansion playbook through launch learnings and automation opportunities.
