About the job
Own the product strategy and roadmap for QoS and network performance across Amazon Leo’s satellite, gateway, and SDN infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Define traffic management strategy and performance metrics, including SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs for throughput, latency, jitter, and packet loss.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to prioritize, implement, and validate network performance features.
- Write PRFAQs and technical requirements, and translate customer performance needs into product features and acceptance criteria.
