About the job
Leads the planning and execution of satellite production value streams, from sourcing and manufacturing through integration and testing, while improving operational performance.
What you'll do
- Own production roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional execution, and manage dependencies, risks, and production-rate ramp plans.
- Develop operational tools, processes, reporting, and rhythms; analyze production data and KPIs to improve performance.
- Communicate roadmap status and operational risks to senior leaders, and unblock teams across production and technical organizations.
