About the job
Owns and improves the end-to-end onboarding program for Amazon Freight Partners, from offer acceptance through their first freight load.
What you'll do
- Design the onboarding journey and coordinate internal teams and external vendors, including escalation paths.
- Resolve complex onboarding blockers involving regulatory, vendor, or policy dependencies.
- Use performance data to improve and scale the program, partnering with Product and Engineering on technology that reduces manual work.
