Sr Program Manager, Benefits , DSP, Value Added Services

What you'll do

• Manage the global benefits roadmap, including offerings, enrollment and administration systems, vendor delivery, and compliance.
• Own program performance, forecasting, metrics, financial governance, and vendor relationships across DSP geographies.
• Analyze data and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver benefits improvements and communicate plans and results to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communication of results to senior leadership.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs, including workforce forecasting and analytics.
• 5+ years of driving process improvements; experience in complex problem solving, tight-schedule environments, and vendor management.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
• Knowledge of general AI tools; cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams; or knowledge of healthcare, 401K, or other employee benefits.

Pay

USD 127,200.00 - 185,000.00 annually base salary; USD 104,100.00 - 155,400.00 annually base salary
