What you'll do
- Run weekly syncs, MBRs, QBRs, and annual planning cycles; prepare leadership review materials.
- Lead annual and mid-year goal setting, turning team inputs into plans and tracking progress against organizational priorities.
- Coordinate cross-team initiatives and leadership requests, identify dependencies, and escalate blockers with data and recommendations.
