Leads the strategy, execution, and scaling of programs that help ensure Delivery Service Partners maintain safe, functional, and compliant vehicles across regions.
What you'll do
- Diagnose fleet defects and safety risks, identify root causes, and build preventive controls and remediation systems.
- Develop fleet standards, monitoring and enforcement mechanisms, and measures to track compliance and resolution.
- Align cross-functional partners and senior leaders on priorities, sequencing, resource allocation, and program results.
