Sr. Program Manager, Integrated Planning, GEMS, NA Startup

What you'll do

• Set strategy and oversee contracted planners, including staffing, quality, workload allocation, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Develop schedule standards, governance, maturity measures, and reporting to improve planning quality across the project portfolio.
• Drive planning tools, templates, AI-driven automation, risk management, and cross-functional adoption.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of program or project management experience and 5+ years owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of integrated scheduling experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, or an equivalent tool.
• Bachelor's degree; intermediate Excel knowledge; experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Cross-functional and stakeholder-management experience, problem-solving in ambiguous situations, and experience applying AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Master's degree; PMP certification or PMI-SP.
• Experience with large projects, construction or industrial infrastructure, planning standards, or vendor/contract management.

Pay

USD 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 annually base salary (Tempe, Chicago, Boston, Austin, Houston, Arlington, Bellevue); USD 127,200.00 - 185,000.00 annually base salary (New York); USD 104,100.00 - 155,400.00 annually base salary (Nashville)
