Leads strategy, operations, and cross-functional technology programs to expand Sub-Same Day delivery and improve customer experience and business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end program strategy and delivery, coordinating teams across Tech, Product, Operations, and Program functions.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver roadmap features, improve scalable processes, and resolve operational barriers and critical issues.
- Use data, KPIs, and analysis to measure performance, recommend operational changes, and report to stakeholders; coordinate UAT and adoption.
