Sr Proposals & Contracts Manager - Public Sector, Bid Capture

What you'll do

• Manage RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses, including solicitation analysis, bid/no-bid decisions, schedules, compliance, and submissions.
• Review and negotiate public-sector contracts; manage risks, amendments, renewals, and contract records.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and improve bid-to-contract processes through automation, reusable content, and AI-output quality controls.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, contract management, capture, or bid management
• Experience with public-sector (federal, state, and/or local) solicitations
• Working knowledge of the FAR and/or state/local procurement frameworks, including mandatory clauses, certifications, and representations

Nice to have

• Experience across the capture-to-contract lifecycle, including early opportunity shaping and bid/no-bid qualification
• Experience applying AI/automation to proposal or contract workflows; experience with cooperative purchasing vehicles and multi-entity public-sector contracting

Pay

162,700.00 - 220,200.00 USD annually (base salary); 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 USD annually (base salary)
